Having completed their new house build, a customer in Kialla wanted to add a versatile space to their backyard that they could not only use as a storage space but could essentially be used as an extra living space. Wanting to see how the All Sheds team could help, the customer visited the All Sheds team at our offices.
While in the office with our team, the customer took the time to explain their needs for their new shed to the team so they had a good understanding before completing the customer’s quote. The customer explained to the team that they didn’t want a small shed but didn’t have a lot of backyard space to work with, so the shed had to fit perfectly. While discussing their shed with the team, the customer decided that the shed that would suit their needs perfectly was a 7m x 6.7m x 3.1m gable roof premium shed with a 13° pitch roof. The size of the shed would leave just enough room in their backyard, so it was not completely filled and there was still space to easily walk around the shed. For the optional extras, the customer chose to include a personal access door and two motorised roller doors for easy entry and exit, a whirlybird for extra ventilation, vermaseal to keep any unwanted pests out and extra concrete to create a curtain out the front of the shed. The customer chose to clad their shed in Colorbond Surfmist as it matches not only the colour of their roof but also accents on their house, such as the window frames and roller door.
The customer’s new shed has provided them with the perfect versatile covered space in their backyard, which they have turned into a combination of a gym, workshop and general storage space.
