Whorouly
Continuing our work with the sports facility design company, who we worked with previously on the Violet Town Football Netball Club project, they contacted the All Sheds team again as they were upgrading the Whorouly Recreation Reserve and wanted similar shelters to the ones we had built for their other projects.
For the new shelter, they wanted to keep the skillion roof design of the shed, however, this one would be one large shelter, unlike the others we have completed, which were 2 separate shelters. They also wanted to include a secure storage space in one of the bays so there was a secure space to store the sporting equipment when not in use. To meet these requirements, they decided that the best shed for their needs was a 26m x 3.64m x 2.5m premium skillion roof shed cladded in Colorbond Night Sky with an enclosed end bay for secure storage. For access into the end bay, they chose to include a personal access door and a manual roller door. To complete the shelter, the sports design company also worked with SeatsPlus to incorporate aluminium outdoor seating to provide spectators and players with a comfy space to sit. You can discover more about how SeatsPlus were able to help here.
The new shelter is the perfect place for pickleball and netball players and spectators to sit out of the weather while watching matches or taking a break without missing out on any of the action.
